why the difference in overall rating between the 4122 and the 4123 if both cabs have 50 watt fanes?

4123 enough to handle DR103?

Just got it, doesn't work for what i'm doing. Im running my tele into a pog and well, it dont work so well with my octave dropped. bummer! Total live at leeds in a box. its based off the superfuzz.
