HI GUYS A FEW OF YOU MAY REMEMBER MY POST ON THIS AMP

WELL AFTER MUCH THOUGHT I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO MODIFY IT AND SELL IT AS IT IS,

IT HAS BEEN FULLY TESTED AND WORKS AND SOUNDS OK.

HOWEVER THE ORIGINAL GEC VALVES IN IT ARE SAID TO BE SHOT. PLUS IT PROBABLY NEEDS A RECAP TO BE RELIABLE. I THOUGHT IT MAY BE BETTER TO OFFER THE AMP AS IT IS AT THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT JUST TO RECUPE WHAT I PAID.

OR I CAN GET THE AMP REVALVED AND CAPPED FOR THE BUYER AS LONG AS THEY ARE HAPPY TO PAY THE EXTRA FOR THE TUBES AND SERVICING, I USE VOLT AMPLIFICATION OF STAFFORDSIRE A VERY RELIABLE AND EXPERIENCED TECH MESA BOOGIE APPROVED NO LESS.

Your original thread had gut pics, but none of the front panel and case. Could you post some over-all pics so we can see the general cosmetic condition?

yes i will do that dave it isnt pristine and needs a bit of tlc as far as the case is but the panel knobs and lights are all present, a new case would make it real sweet.

i have decided to keep this amp and modify it to dr201 spec after locating a new case for it to live in.
