Your search may take several years or more.
It's difficult enough to find any Hylight era DR201, so why do you limit the range to 1969 - 1970? Most of the very few DR201 amps built during those years were likely used and abused by Jethro Tull or The Who. I've seen images (hiwatt.org) or video (YouTube) of a couple DR201s from era, but none were for sale as far as I know.
There is a gentleman, a vigorous Hiwatt collector, here at the VHC board who has a 1971 DR201 that he bought from the Manfred Mann bassist. I am nearly certain that he would not sell it, however.
