I'm looking for a pair of vintage 75 watt 12" Fanes. I believe these will often have a 125xxx model number.
I have a pair of cast frame 50 watt Fanes, model number 122593, dated from 1976 that I would be up for trading. They sound absolutely wonderful, I just want something with less speaker breakup for an Orange OR80 combo.

I don't recall any vintage Fane models that were rated 75 watts.

Although the cabinet ratings were never changed, there's some speculation that the 125114, 125155 and 125161 models may have had higher capacity.Zells wrote:I don't recall any vintage Fane models that were rated 75 watts.
@Stunt: Do you have any pics of the cone fronts and codes?
