In theory it is a great way to trade safely through a third party, usually at a small cost. However, after a bit of research I discovered that 9 out of 10 net-based escrow services are pretty much fraudulent
As the languages and legalities can be a bit different from country to country I thought it might be helpful to start a list of known, legit escrow services.

I have seen that one too.. a good check point is always whether a financial service is registered as such with the official governing bodies in the country of origin. That way you can check them out for validity..
