looks weird with the 2 different sized transformers, but I bet it sounds killer.

All HIWATTs have larger PT's than OT's, its just that the PT has an extra low power tap that supplies the "switch" circuit in the "JP" models which is why the difference is even more noticeable. The 30w. PT is larger than the 50w. Partridge style PT.

This amp does sound amazingly good...........that is why I am tempted to keep it for myself.....
