Hey y'all,
well, I checked out the dr504 head I aquired a while back more thoroughly today and it turns out the head cab is cracked. I previously thought the cab was fine and only the tolex/badge/chassis screws and feet needed to be replaced but it looks like I will need a new cab. Where can I find a period correct replacement head? I checked out MG's replacement cabs but they don't seem to be vintage correct and they're overpriced. I don't like the idea of purchasing from a company like MG either so if anyone knows a good place I would appreciate the help.

Thx for the link Gunter! They do have have a Hiwatt "style" head cab but as far as I can tell it's not really vintage correct - just a standard Hiwatt looking headshell. It's great to have a resource here in europe though
