Agreed. It's a shame to see the name get sullied by association with certain "businesspeople".

I guess now more than ever Hi-Tone is the heir to the Hiwatt name!

What is mind numbing to me is how this all came to be after Mr. Reeves passing. Makes me sad on many different levels. Anyway, I think, without question if one is looking for an amplifier built with the same technical and quality guidelines of the original Hiwatt amps, the Hi Tone is the only amplifier to consider.
