Front-loading cabs - when did they begin?

Hi- I am trying to figure out when Hiwatt started front-loading their cabs. Would appreciate any information on this.

I have the latest rear-loader in the HIWATT register, #8263, speaker codes 32/78. The next entry is a front-loader, #8376, speaker codes 10/79.

So the transition was sometime in late '78 - early '79.
