Hylight DR 504 clean for $1100 on the bay

I'm not an expert, but Hiwatt had 5 digit serial numbers not 6. I'd be leery of a store that wouldn't ship to Canada from the US. They also seemed to fail to answer the other question that was asked. It's got a square power light and a lot of the pictures are dated 2004. I would want recent pictures. This would lead me to think that the transformer pics are either fakes or from another amp. Anyone else have observations?

I'm guessing the seller got confused on the serial number. A 5 digit 13,### number would date to '79 and would have a square indicator light and turret board construction.

Why the pictures are nearly 6 years old would seem a legitimate question . Ask for "ransom pics" of the top and bottom of the chassis, with today's newspaper in the background.

Hard to say from the small pictures. If the amp is what the seller says it is, it's worth the B-I-N (and then some, IMHO).
