J Mascis is louder than Hendrix!!!

Checked out the Dinosaur Jr. show last night, it was a blast! J Mascis plays a jazzmaster through, not one, not two, but three full stacks and a FL112! (((CRAZY))) It was louder than Hendrix, good thing I had my ear plugs.

They'll be at First Ave. - an historic venue - TONIGHT. From what you report, I should be able to hear them up in the northern 'burbs .

I saw Dino Jr. earlier in the tour....front and center. They were not as loud as My Bloody Valentine or Tool when I saw those bands, but they were LOUD for sure!!!
