They're called "cheese head" screws.
Got any in standard American sizes, e.g., 6/32 or 8/32?

??? to the best of my knowledge they are British Assoc. size 1-10 similar to guage. the higher the number, the smaller the size.
I have all the sizes used in Hylights. I plan to use them in my DIY
