Hiwatt Legend = Fane Crescendo

Hello all Hi-xperts !

Ive read that the old, early 80s Hiwatt Legend speakers, were in fact relabeled Fane Crescendos. Can anyone confirm ?

I don't think so. The Legends I've seen had completely different magnets, frames and dust caps (not sure about the cones).
