Here is the progress.

1. fixed the broken bar with wood glue and clamp:

As you remember, there had been two speakers with tears inside the cabinet. One really bad, and one only with two small ones. Know i fixed the easier one. I used a teabag, Pattex glue 1:2 with water, cigarette ash for colouring, black marker and alcohol for the final finish. Here are the fotos:

Nice work on the speaker repair. I hadn't thought of using teabag material, but just might try it next time.
