Put the OCD through it's paces tonight at jam. Couldn't really do too much testing as we only had two hours and it was all business.
But, it sounds great. I had been using a Barber Direct Drive, but A/Bing the two, the OCD is the clear winner. Much thicker, more transparent, and more versatile. I didn't even try the HP setting, I had the switch on the LP setting the whole time. I think the LP/HP switch adds more gain/volume in the HP position, but I was using a Gretsch hollowbody, so more gain=more squeal/feedback. All in all, a satisfied customer, I am.

A friend of mine went thru at least 40 ODs when looking for the perfect match to his Hiwatt.
He ended up co designing this in collaboration with Mr Himmelstrutz himself:

Remember to run it on 12V!

When you meet him
MR Himmelstrutz is a n "ordinary guy" with nothing crazy about him, but when you watch his videos (there was quite a few of them on the old site) he comes across as something else!
I remember one video where he showed how to change the battery in a
Fetto, wearing a riding helmet, "in case something would go wrong"
I´m sure that he is well behaved (and well dressed) when soldering the pedals
