Is it just the photo or did that faceplate clean up nicely?

It had masking tape on it with the description of what each pot did with the "modified" preamp.
I removed the masking tape and cleaned it off with WD-40 on some gauze. It works very well!
Hopefully this evening I can get it to the point where I can fire it up! I will still be tweaking and tidying up for a while, but "the waiting is the hardest part" -tom petty

I didn't get it finished before the convention, but with some help from Mark H. the beast came back to life!
It has some serious lungs too!
Hiwatt Bob had it absolutely screaming!
