Here is another activity:

New grille cloth and tolex, turning a used and abused "toad" into a "prince" of a cab!

It would be fun for kicks and grins to see how loud it gets!
Something tells me that last year there were hours on end that didn't get below 140db.

Maybe. I threw some old pedals in the van 2 years ago, but most of them didn't work when they got to Indiana .lambrettaj wrote:umm, to clarify. tubes, pedals, cables, pu's - tone candy.

not anything in particular. i'd like to hear some fuzz pedal examples (specifically this wattson superfuzz i've been hearing about), boost pedal options, delay examples etc.
it's always cool to see how someone achieves unique tones with similar equipment.
anyway, i like the idea of a swap meet.

Be afraid! Be VERY afraid !Mike B. wrote: I'll also work security.
How many DR201's do we expect to have? Will we beat our 2006 record of 3?
I'll be bringing mine (KT88).
Dave
P.S. Elaborating on Hiwatt Bob's posts, maybe we should add a "Pedal Plugging Derby". See who can (successfully) connect the most pedals in the time it takes Mike B. to down an Old Peculiar (or reasonable facsimile) ?
