Getting closer... leaving Moorhead, Meenasotah this morning. Hoping the t-storms stay away while we take my nephew to Great America tomorrow & Wednesday.

Wallyworld... I mean Great America @ Gurnee, IL was nice today. Got a bit of sun at the "beach." Going back tomorrow for 'coasters 'til we hurl.

After driving halfway across the country, getting a sunburn, and spending a day on rollercoasters, those loud Hiwatts are gonna do you in! Trust me - there will be at least four going at all times!

Man I wish I could have gotten off friday - I don't wanna miss anything!
I am taking off monday and tuesday though(holiday friday). I like the sound of a two day work week.

i won't be making it.
i've got too much shit going on right now. we're putting our house on the market and we getting ready for a trip to italy, so there's literally a million things i need to do. and we've got a 10 mo. old kid to balance on top of all that. so i really need this weekend to try to get as much as i can done. so i had to cancel my flight.
i'm sooooooo bummed out about not being able to make it. i will miss not being there with you all.
i know you guys will have a great time though--and i will make it next year for sure. at least i'll get my t-shirt out of it.
tell mike b. he's lucky--because i was going to bring an arsenal of pedals!
