hello,

looking for a loaded 4x12 or four (4) speakers. Fany style. Let me know what you have and we'll discuss.

Nothing vintage or too high priced please.

You really can't beat a new DR-F cab in terms of both price and tone for the Hiwatt Fane sound.

Dr. H has a couple used Reeves cabs posted here with slightly lower prices that you probably saw already. Any good Fane style 4x12 cab will be somewhat expensive.

i'll second the DRF HITONE cabs- Iown a 4x12, a 2x12 and was lucky enough to score a single DRF (#3) from mcdyas here for my DC40 combo. they really do sound as good as the originals!

i did have a 4x12 sound city cab i loaded with Reeves Vintage Purples. i had the change to A/B them to the DRF 4x12 cab and the DRF's won.Don't get me wrong the VP's sound damn good. Get's pretty close to that keraaaang Townshend sound most people love. Good crisp cleans too.

Check Doc's 4x12's he's got up for grabs. think one's a Biacrown w/celestions and the other two are Reeves: one with VP's, the other with Weber FC12's - their Fane Crescendo clones. i think the FC12's are a cleaner speaker ie, Gilmour.

With you guys around, who needs a salesman? Thanks for the support.

Of course, we (VHR guys) love these DR-F speakers, but we're not exactly impartial observers!
