well those boys have been busy in an out of court recently, so prob not had the time.
anyway the guy seems legit and the cabs look to have authentic usage.

It is probably unfair of me to find it suspect, but RH is one rotten egg.

the seller seems to be a bass player and has had what seems to be authentic feedback over last 3-4yrs and seems to be a casual user of ebay.
i know its hard to trust anyone these days but he seems genuine and i would like to think that theres people out there who r not out to rip people off.
anyway....

You will see from the pictures that the cabinets are very scruffy and would be ideal for restoring to their original glory. The speakers, cabinets and nameplates are as I bought them, however the front grilles and cabinets were re-covered in the late ‘70’s. Regardless of their looks they still sound great!

so the grill cloth has been replaced. and poss the tolex? they must of had some reasonably heavy giggage for the vynal to look that bad if it has been replaced aswell. i wonder how the speakers sound?

yeh whoever did the recloth must of been very careful not to crack the perspex badges when put back on.
r the badges correct do u think? when did they swap to the black/white hiwatt logo we all know an love?

I do question the badges. I would think they were originally either the metal badge or traffolyte. I have NEVER seen the gold badge on a 4x12. There could have been a few of them, but I haven't seen one.

well i'll just be watching from the sidelines cant afford another 2 hiwatt cabs!
anyway i've got 5 4x12's and 4 2x12's so would need to sell a few of them to make way for anymore, which i dont want to do at the mo!

If they were on this side of the pond, there'd be a lot of interest .
