#3191 looks to be a couple years older than the advertised 1975.

I think it is 8191. The Brown Voltage and impedence indicators would be consistent with a 1976 or later amp.

Buster, please correct me if I am wrong!
Dave worked at Mullard and moonlighted at Vortexion briefly. While still working at Mullard, he built the first run of amps for Sound City. He was never an employee of Sound City, but rather a contractor.
IN 1968 after finishing the run of SC amps he took the final payment of 800GBP and put that down on the New Malden home.
The amps were built in the garage not the living room.

That's what I thought... just checking. The Vortexion reference was something I hadn't seen before.
