I have measure my cones (purple label with signed 15ohm on the paper sticker) with a multimeter on ohm setting...
the cone are not connected each other
I have read 10.5 ohm... on each cone
what do you think?? is correct value?

That sounds right. DC resistance (what the meter measures) is usually much less than rated AC impedance.
