Original Set Screws/Bulgin Chickenhead Knobs

It looks like the set screws on my original Bulgin chickenhead knobs are quite rusty. I'd like to replace them, but they're not US Standard Threads nor Metric. Any advice as to what the original Thread Pitch was for the set screws used? Also, who is a good supplier?

...most equipment of this type used BA at the time. If you come across other radio-type knobs, they may well have the set screws you're wanting, too. You don't have to look only for chicken heads.
