A veteran of several Vintage Hiwatt Conventions (including the infamous Hiwatt Bob roof surfing episode), I felt it was only fitting to post here that The Mighty Terraza turned a milestone yesterday, just south of Cincinnati, on my return drive from St Louis:
Dave
Dunno how many miles are left in her, but she was purring like a kitten at the time .The Mighty Terraza turns (over) 100 (thousand miles)

And why were you taking pictures while driving down the highway at 70mph? glad to hear its still humming along.
My Forrester turned 150 recently, I'm hoping for 200.

Only 100k?
The '08 "Rather be driving a HIWATT" Accord is already pushing 160k.

It was a special occasion, so I made the exception. Not as much fun as the old mechanical odometers, though (sigh).

I am surprised that the speedo was under 110 mph!

I haven't had the reason to drive The Mighty Terraza much lately.
In fact, prior to my St Louis trip, it'd been 2 months since I gassed her up ! Ran so good, it scared me (since, in my experience, things usually run really great just before they blow up).
