My new/old 72 DR103! What's It Worth?

Greetings! I'm a first time poster here! I just acquired this amp (Serial # 3007) for hardly nothing last week, from the family of a friend of mine who passed away recently, and I know nothing about Hiwatts other than what I have seen and learned on this forum this week! I'm a player and not an amp buff but, from what I noticed on this amp is that ,,,One fuse holder has been replaced,,,One tube socket replaced with a ceramic socket,,,A Bias pot was added, and the Bulgin power cable is missing but has a power cord soldered to the terminals on the inside. Other than that, it is all that I can see?
Please look at the pics and tell me if any of you notice anything out of the ordinary, and what it is possibly worth! I have not had the chance to play it yet, due to my 4x12 Marshall cab, is currently being borrowed! Thanks a lot and tell me what you guys think!

It's apparently worth more than you paid for it. Are you planning to flip it for profit or play it?
Whoever wired up the mains cable in that manner put live current on the bulgin pins. Dangerous condition. At least, a cover plate should be put over those pins. Better to wire the mains direct and bypass the bulgin.
Not sure why there's an old replacement capacitor (100uf 50V) in the bias circuit. I'd swap that with something new and more reliable (those cardboard electrolytics are prone to leakage).
A couple of the filter (can) capacitors have oozed and should be replaced. That's fairly common maintenance.
Looks like a nice amp. Worthy of the little freshening it needs.

Thanks Dave! I'm going to hold onto this baby for now, and take care of the issues that you mentioned! Does Hi-Tone sell the caps in a 103 package? I saw the 200 package but not a 103?
Who is the best source for parts? I would imagine that the Bulgin power cord or connector, is hard to find also?

They look to be on the second page:

They are difficult, but not impossible, to find. One could make a case for either acquiring a Bulgins mains cable and disconnecting the grey cord or simply hardwiring the cable you have to "disarm" the exposed pins (and adding proper strain relief). In either case, leave the Bulgin chassis connector in place.
