Looks like a late 70's, early 80's SA212 to me. I don't give the greenbacks much chance of survival in there .

condition of the grill cloth is not commensurate with condition of the wood skid or corrosion of the chassis.
the cab being recovered and re-grilled would account for missing serial number tag.
