Hi, all,
I need to know what the experts have to say about this one.
Anything out of the ordinary? Any improvements that can be made?
Thank you for your replies!

It looks fairly clean to me. The original Bulgin round mains connector has been replaced with a modern one, and it's been recapped, with the cap resistors all replaced. The main (large) power section resistor also appears to have been replaced. Otherwise, it appears original. (Eagle-eyed Dr. HI-TONE may see something I missed).

Thank you for a fast reply.
Any comment on the EPCOS caps? Descent brand?

I agree it is fairly clean.
The power tubes will need replaced. the far left EL34 has burnt plates.
I suspect this amp is in need of the "Voltage Doubler" I have had several DR103's in the 5xxx range that had insufficient bias voltage and ran the tubes very hot.
if the price is fair, go for it. But know that it will most likely need an adjustable bias circuit and new power tubes.

It has TAD's EL34 in them now, it was serviced a while ago.
No idea on the quality of brand of the caps (EPCOM)?

I would recap it with F&T's if it was mine.
