Fane speakers?

I got a Hiwatt 4x12 with 1 bad speaker.
The speakers are labeled 1221760 04 APR 1997
Is this Fane speakers?
Any suggestions for a replacment?
All/any help appriciated!

The code follows Fane's system, but several iterations of the Fane company had come and gone before that speaker was manufacturered.
Does it have the wider mounting flange? If so, it may be difficult to find a bolt-in replacement. Your chances would be better finding someone to recone it.
