Looked inside this one, but I ran into a cash shortfall - ported, front-loaded cabinet, interior is in great condition:

I could not date the speakers bc did not have sticker and were black with a serial printed out in white ink. Researching online I have seen some examples of black Fanes, (image search result

a cash shortfall should not be an issue with that cab as it is over priced.
What were the numbers stamped on the frames? it looks like an early-Mid 1980's cab to me.
Unless you LOVE the sound from this cab, it isn't worth much. And Remember, you will have difficulty getting your money back out of it if you decide to sell it.

As always, many thanks Doctor!
I have been playing through a slant-front 80's head that someone at my space is nice enough to let me use, but I'm not looking to pay any money for that sound.
I will be continuing my search for a local Hylight cabinet that is "reasonably" priced...

Agreed. Just leafed through my pics and the cab I have that's very similar has speaker date codes from 1980/81.
@Derfalcon - they wouldn't be like the ones in your link (they would be standard, round stamped metal frames). From the pic, the dust caps may have been punched in. While not lethal to the speaker, that can cause rattles. I don't think the asking price is totally ridiculous.....but, I wouldn't pay that much
