WTB Mullard "Mustard" CAPACITORS (c296)

Post by jessetrbo »

Greetings. I'm restoring a 1976 Hiwatt DR504 and am trying to track down the following Mullard "Mustard" capacitors to complete the job. I am aware that this may be tricky, and may be unrealistic, but I want to try to use the same brand if at all possible. Obviously, Mallory, Mojotone, Sozo capacitors are easier/cheaper to obtain, I want to give this the ol' college try...

All capacitors to be rated at 400v (6 pieces total):

1) 0.022uF
4) 0.047uF (x2)

Thanks for looking... if anyone knows of a -spam-/surplus shop that I can contact, please pass the information and I'll make inquiries. I am currently checking eBay, too.

Sincerely,

--Jesse Trbovich

I am patient... let's see if I can afford what I find! It's part of the fun, I suppose. I am enjoying the learning process, too. I have some cool Fenders, an AC30, but I never thought I'd own a Hiwatt.

Thanks!
