Bit of help with ID?

Don't really know if this is a Hiwatt, not my area, but from the white piping and the Fanes, I'm taking a guess (same sorta handles as the Hiwatt in our practice space too).
These are the inside, gonna take of the outside when theres a bit more light, but it looks like a cab, black box type thing:
Depending on what it is, might be considering selling as it only has 2 original Fanes and 2 Goodmans replacements, and isn't uber suitable for what my band does.

Right, cheers, any further clues on this ID quest then? Where next to look?

The internal details of the cab itself don't look HIWATT either, not even the handle boxes, and there's no center post. Could it be a DIY cab?
The POP 50 Fanes aren't original equipment for anything I'm aware of... not sure, but I think they were an aftermarket replacement speaker.

No idea who made that cab. Is that a particle board baffle?
Not much love for the Fane POPs out there, either. But, they've gotta be worth something.

I have three of those exact Goodmans. They were in a Laney Bass 100 cab from around 1970. I was told these green labeled are rated for 25W but haven't found much info on them. Do they have any indication of power rating? I'd like to know. Haven't had the chance to try them out actually so can't comment on the sound.
