Anyone see this one on Ebay?

Pretty late 4-input, haven't seen those too often on the 'Bay. Looks like it is missing the preamp tubes as well as "the tube"
. "Being sold as is" isn't usually a good sign, could just be missing tubes though.

It's a very late 4-holer. Someone already listed it in Mark's registry. Don't know if that was the current seller or not.
The "Sold As-Is" and not having any tubes installed is a red flag. But, doesn't necessarily mean the amp is injured. Still, wouldn't be too expensive to put a full set of JJ's in the thing and verify it works
.

I keep thinking about taking a chance on it, but it would really suck to find out that one of the transformers was cooked.
where's the tube?
I cant seem to find the confounded tube!

I know, unless one of the trannies is cooked, that thing is really clean. And Rising Sun is a reasonable drive from here.

Went for $1425 or so didn't it? Not bad...if it works.

IF being the operative word. I suppose even if it needs some replacement parts and labor, it could wind up in a reasonable range. Still, more than I'd want to gamble at this time.
