Anybody have experience with one of these?

Is it possible the individual channels sound like a DR103?
I've not been able to find any photos or schematics of the wiring for one of these. Anybody know where I may find such?
TIA!

There was a thread here or on another forum regarding the PA heads. They're more like the CP models than the DR models. The inputs can be ganged together and, unlike the CP, have separate bass and treble controls. Interesting stuff.
Can't speak to this particular amp or its price. Dr.Hiwatt would be a better source of that info.

Thanks guys. Muchly appreciated. Would it be naughty for me to ask someone in the know to PM with what they believe a fair price to be? <wink><wink><hint><hint>

I have a 73 DR112. It sounds great, like my old DR103,but with just a little more drive when pushed. They are great for experimenting with pedals and guitars because of the individual channels, plus you get an FX loop and Pre out. The last one I saw on E Bay (a couple of months ago) went for £790 .

Looks nice too, as does that LP ... I am a fan of the tobacco sunburst vs the alternatives ... probably related to my (cough) habit ... I agree with the Dr. that the PA prices seem to be getting a bit out of line, but there are not a lot of them out there and there is the value of the flexibility to play with them in a way you can't do with the 103. In the end, the price will simply come down to the preferences of those in the market, and the supply of the PA amps ... since there are not so many out there, maybe the demand side of the market is starting to push prices up
cheers ... john

I dont know how many were originally made, but I read that they were being cut and chopped to make fake DR103s.

Yes I did & this weekend she get's her first test drive. Just have to pick up a couple of "y" cables and decide which axe gets first opportunity.
