Anyone who is under the age of 13 is unable to actively participate in this forum until a consent form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, is received via snailmail, fax or email.

If you have completed the forum registration process and are over the age of 13, but find you are unable to post, you may have erroneously been placed in our COPPA Users Group. Send us an email with your forum ID and (verified) age and we will resolve the issue.

Likewise, if you are under the age of 13 and have sent us a signed consent form, but are still unable to post, let us know via email.
