I'll try the TAD and sound a little muddy, a little too big, not for me. I'lll try also the Svetlana C logo, but with that bias current are really hot. I'll still search for Nos tubes with a acceptable price

to my taste, the best that i have tried are weber thames, also with marshall. I have tried also a cab with vintage greenback, but i don't love it with hiwatt, g12h are not bad. There is also weber fc12 that are inspired by fane crescendo, sound really good for soloing very dark sounding, big, for so...

I have used it under a DR103 and sounds good , also tried a DR103 into single G12H 30w cone and sound good also at high volume :)

I would imagine it would be possible to wire a direct in to the power section, but....why do you ask? Are you trying to tandem guitar or bass amps or really use a 100w tube amp for PA? TedB plesase with 1M linear pot whats the range of the Grid Voltage that you can set? It run linear from -38 to -45 or almost to -45 at starting rotate the pot? Thank you, Daniele

Thank you :) So i measured plate volt. = 420V plate current for each tube= 36/37 mA grid negative voltage = -35.2 the bias current would be 0,7 x25 /420 = 41 mA or it's good as i have measured?
