Never heard of ADZAM, but I've heard of MAZDA (the letters reversed). As far as I know, MAZDA tubes were relabelled - sometimes manufactured by Mullard. Brimar is also a "keeper" tube. And, in my opinion, you can't do better than a Mullard ECC81 in the PI (unless it's the military spec version, CV4024). I know nothing about TECNEX tubes.

Most likely your amp shipped with all Mullard valves. The non-Mullard ones are replacements.
