Are these authentic vintage FANE speakers?

- The numbers on one of the speakers appears to be: 125155 + 10 + 79
- The serial number for this SE4123 cabinet by Hylight is 8524 rated at 100 W and 16 ohms

I'm thinking this is a 70's cabinet! Everything looks period correct to me. Here are some pictures:
