Worked great for a few weeks... cranked it up real loud last night to track some dirty guitar and it appears as I may have received a bad Winged C El34. Was fine and all of a sudden noticed some flashing in the back, looked in and saw some fireworks in one of the tubes, flipped it off really fast and a small poof of smoke came out of the middle. Wont power on anymore, haven't checked the fuse. Amp tech has it for an emergency look right now as I leave for tour next week. What a bummer.

The 200 watters are hard on EL34s. This could just be a random failure; I have heard stories about declining quality control on the =C= tubes since they moved factories.
