Hiwatt Starfinder Cabinet (WEM replica)

I'm not sure if anyone know about this, but Hiwatt UK is building the WEM Starfinder 4x12's. I've seen this cabinet listed a few times on eBay by the same seller.

What struck me on the description was the "rock solid construction of 25mm chipboard". I heard the originals were made of plywood instead of chipboard. Or were they made of birch? Maybe Hi-Tone could replicate this cab.

Hi-Tones do make the best cabs. Hands down.

Unfortunately, someone on eBay bought the Starfinder replica (if you want to call it one) back in mid November. For the price of the Starfinder, that person could've bought 2 Hi-Tone DR-F 4x12 cabs instead.

those wem replica cabs are a shocking fake of a cab. dont know how or why they are allowed to be sold and only a fool would pay that asking price!
