Looks like a late 70's, early 80's SA212 to me. I don't give the greenbacks much chance of survival in there

condition of the grill cloth is not commensurate with condition of the wood skid or corrosion of the chassis.
the cab being recovered and re-grilled would account for missing serial number tag.
