I've found someone selling a 70s SE320, the big 4x12 with the horn in the middle. I've contacted the seller and he says it is working with the original fanes still in it... I'm just wondering how much one of these is worth? It's in pretty good shape from the picture I've seen, just waiting on getting more from the seller right now and I will post them when they come in. He is asking 2000.00 for it but I have the option to make an offer.
Thanks for any help or guidance you can throw at me, it's always greatly appreciated!

Re: SE320 (4x12 reflector cab)
while they are rare, $2000.00 seems pretty high.
I would think that $1400-$1500 would be the high end for these.
I hope I am wrong as I have a pair of them!

Re: SE320 (4x12 reflector cab)
Thanks for the info! I was thinking it did seem a bit high. I've received a few pictures of it (which I will post later) and it looks to be in pretty good shape. It has black grille cloth on it, which I've seen on a few of them.. But I've also seen them with the typical Hiwatt cloth. Anybody know what year they changed the cloth?Dr.HI-TONE wrote:while they are rare, $2000.00 seems pretty high.

Re: SE320 (4x12 reflector cab)
Here are the pictures, I wanted to wait until I got a picture of the back plate and back of a speaker before posting. It appears as if this cab is neither a Hylight or Biacrown... Maybe a Sterling? (sorry if this new info puts this thread in the wrong forum) It has Hiwatt Legends in it. Not sure if I should bother with this one.
Nevertheless the photos are attached!

That is too bad. it is a late 1980's vintage cab.
unless you can get it cheap, pass.
