Is this a Sterling imports 4x12 from the 80s? and would it be worth a best offer of maybe 225gbp and then the legends removed and my 4 purple backs loaded in???

I presume the legends are not up to snuff.

Looks like it to me. The Legends aren't terrible. A tad darker and need to be pushed harder. If you have real Hiwatt Fanes, they'd definitely be an improvement.

I'd offer 200GBP (but, I'm a cheapskate ).
