Hi Raffau,

Are you getting as far as the shopping cart and check-out or are you experiencing difficulty before that point? Use this site's Private Message function to let me know and I'll try to help (I set up the site). There can be issues with International shipping, but you should at least be able to compose an order.

thanks for the answer...yes it right...the international shipping to switzerland is overall a problem, cause we're not in the Europa union! had the same problem with other shops...
