I was presented with the opportunity to pickup an old HIWATT cab yesterday.
I hope to get some picks this weekend, it is in pretty decent condition!
I need to shampoo the grille cloth as it is pretty dirty, but considering it was local and the guy brought it to my office........I am pretty happy!

Congratulations, Dr. Fane! A '72?
You can almost feel the current flowing
You can almost see the circuits blowing

Here are a couple pics. the grille cloth was filthy! It looks like it will need another scrubbing, but here it is.
I hope to clean the grille a little better!!!

Looks pretty dang good to me! If you don't want that dirty ol' grille (and the rest of the cab), just let me know

I should have taken a pic of it before the first round of cleaning! It must have spent years in a bar. It had some Mojo, but it bordered on gross!

Sounds like a girl I used to know, from Joliet ...or, was it Waukegan
?
If you get it looking MUCH better, no one's gonna believe it's vintage
