Oh I don't know.... Pete townshend playing strats because his back is too sore to throw Les Pauls around anymore,no Hiwatts anymore, maybe a couple of half stacks if we are lucky, and Daltry struggling to get up to the high notes, at least at the start of sets. Be great tho', maybe Pete's old pal David Gilmour will guest, now that would be worth seeing.
Teenage wasteland.

Eh... you guys are tough. I watched a Who tribute a few months ago and they blew off the stage all the newer bands covering them even with the Fender rigs.
Look at it this way, it could have been something like Lady Gaga

I dunno about that. I thought Pearl Jam nailed "Love Reign O'er Me".

I can tell you who I'd rather watch in High Definition .
I'd rather it be Lady Gaga. Rock and roll isn't supposed to be watered down or tame or docile or wholesome or family oriented or for the masses or mainstream, and I can't think of anything which more represents all of those things than professional sports - especially football - especially the Super Bowl.
It's where once dangerous rockers go to be put out to pasture.
Hi,
Lady GaGa is appearing on the Xfactor (like American Idol for the uninitiated, think Leona lewis) in the Uk here on Sunday, she(he,it) wanted live lambs wandering around the stage, blocked for health and safety reasons.LOL

Oh right, it was a while ago so I forgot. Well I've said before Pearl Jam are my favorite group so I didn't mean to include them. I was thinking of some of other guys.
For the superbowl thing... I just want support a group of real songwriters playing the superbowl rather than some industry made group or person. Anything to encourage "artists" again as pop is good in my book.
