Unfortunately one has been damaged in transit but repaired by a pro and now works good, the other one (that I got from a different seller and was packed well) arrived safely. I had a quad but sold 2 as the cab was HEAVY, really! Since I gig quite a lot lately that wasn't an option.
I would kinda agree though, that my 122231 Fanes are better suited for crunch tones, but that doesn't mean that Crescendos sound bad in that department. In my opinion the Crescendos really shine with fuzz. I still remember hitting a fuzzbox into a tape echo into my turned up DR103.
