"No reserve" and "reserve not met" - you don't often see that in the same advert.

been given the run around by the seller. I have repeatedly asked for pics.
no pics of the serial tag or guts,
no legible pics of the transformer codes.
Too many questionable issues:
had an IEC, now has a bulgin
Fuse holders and voltage and impedance selector indicators are from 1976-1977
I feel fairly confident that this was originally a PA head in the serial number range 9xxx-10xxx
