Wondering what the fane crescendo m.v model is about, very little information around. the stamped number is 122315, is this the 16ohm version of the 12A ?

I don't think they are the 16ohm version of the 12A.
I have a Crescendo M.V. model 122437 (not completely sure as it is barely visible) and it's 8ohm.

Mine was rewound at some point but the cone looks the same as on this one:

with stamped model no. 122343 and it's a 60W, cloth dust cap.

That makes me think that M.V. has to do with something else and it applies to different models.

this one has a metal cap and looks like the 12A, but I'm not sure if i should buy it if its not a 12A. Anyone?

It's not a 12A. Buy it if you like it, but don't pay a huge premium.
