DR201 KT88 in Scotland

Post by Thornybank »

Hi

Newbie near Edinburgh, here. Checking the market for some of my gear.
The prices over here have been quite high the last couple of years, so I have shifted my DR103s, but...
...I have a 200w with KT88s that is surplus to requirements.
Anybody want to make a 'going rate' offer?

Not looking for a quick move = cheap, but am willing to send an an honest piece for an honest price.
I have good ebay feedback and a few USA buyers who can vouch for me.
Mark Huss bought an old 400 from me a few years ago.
Sound City site Michael O'Brien came over to collect his 400 and has seen some of my other stuff.

Anyway, it is here if it intrigues.

Also have a 100w slave, couple of cabs, a pair of 4x12 columns, a couple of spare Hiwatt Fane 12" drivers, a 'real' logo...

(a couple of Sound City 200s, a couple of Sound City 100s, scads of Marshalls).

Cheers

Chris

Yes, do tell!
You can almost feel the current flowing
You can almost see the circuits blowing

It's sounding like we should charter our own plane to make the jump...

Pics of any and all would be good! I've got a lovely KT88 DR201 and better stop at one (this time) . Cabs, speakers, etc.. are always of interest.

Dave

P.S. Welcome to the forum!
...Hey! I played that song when it was new...

I'll have to satisfy some lust, I guess.

It will take some getting to the back of the cave....
