Heck, I might even bring a Hiwatt Doncaster or Royal amp just to make trouble!
I brought my Biacrown to the very first convention, no worries.

And, IIRC, Dr.Hiwatt himself had a Biacrown OL103 at VHC II, but sold it sometime afterwards.mhuss wrote: I brought my Biacrown to the very first convention, no worries.

Doncaster amps are used as boat anchors at my house.
Deep six time!
The emphasis is for HYLIGHT amps.

Look closer - there's a Hylight clone buried in that wall-o-sound.blindog wrote:Just asking cause all the photos I saw from last year were Hylight amps
You can almost feel the current flowing
You can almost see the circuits blowing

That's cool. I'm hoping I can get my '83 OL103 restored in time for the convention. It would be nice (for me anyway, Hiwatt newbie that I am ) to compare it with the Hylights. Only a 2 hour drive too for me as wellbrought my Biacrown to the very first convention, no worries.
